Waukee Mayor Bill Peard will review the City’s accomplishments, bring attention to issues important to the Waukee business community and highlight future opportunities at the 2017 State of the City address. The annual event will take place at the Waukee Community Center. The luncheon and address will begin at 11:30 a.m., with check in and networking at 11 a.m. The event, which is hosted by the Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce, is open to the public. Tickets are on sale now and may be purchased on the Chamber’s website, www.waukeechamber.com, or by contacting the Waukee Chamber at info@waukeechamber.com or 515-978-7115. Cost: $20 in advance.
