She founded a program called Pi 515 (Pursuit of Innovation 515), where she works directly with our youth and provides a free after-school class that educates undeserved youth mainly refugee 7-12th grade students in Des Moines on basic computer coding and prepares them for higher education and good careers. Mwirotsi was a finalist for both STEM Champion and Diversity Champion as a nominee for Entrepreneurship Innovation at the Iowa Women of Innovation. Register at
